摘要
论述了PS版质量检测系统采集的基本原理。该系统采用了线阵CCD机械拼接扫描、多域值二值化高速数据存储、PCI高速图像采集卡、计算机控制等技术。在Visual C++6.0的环境下,用Windriver开发了PCI总线接口卡的软件驱动程序。利用示波器及其在PC机上对PS版采集系统所采集的数据进行了验证,取得了较为满意的结果。
The principle of the system of the PS plate is introduced. CCD splicing technology, data storage, PCI-interface high-speed image collecting technology and controlling technology are used in this system. The driver program is developed using Windriver in the environment of Visual C++ 6.0. The acquisition data of the PS printing plate is validated with oscillogragh and computer, and the result is satisfactory.
