摘要
对葡萄糖氧化酶的不同提纯方法，如沉淀法、吸附法、离子交换法、凝胶过滤和亲和色谱等方法，进行了综述，并对其优缺点作了比较。
A variety of purification methods of glucose oxidase including precipitation,absorption, ion-exchange chromatography,gel filtration,and affinity chromatography, are briefly summarized.
