摘要
以表面具有螫合官能团的高分子材料Poly(BA-co-GMA-IDA)为高分子液体模板,制备了Y2O3功能性溶胶复合薄膜。测试结果显示,Y2O3功能性混和溶胶薄膜具有优异的抗近红外/紫外性能,其薄膜对320nm以下的中短紫外光阻隔率〉97%(300nm以后可完全隔绝紫外),对320-380nm的长波紫外线的阻隔率也〉60%;近红外阻隔率可以达到70%以上。以高分子模板制备复合薄膜的抗近红外/紫外性能明显优于未用高分子模板制备的同类型薄膜。
For ameliorating aggregation of nano particles in organic/inorganic composite film, a novel Y2O3-containing sol-gel composite film was synthesized on chelating polymer template-Poly(BA-co-GMA-IDA). UV-VIS and FTIR experimental results demonstrated the polymer template method was better than the routine preparation. In ultraviolet region, the transmittance remarkably lowered from 350 nm and reached to 0 when the frequency was less than 300nm. Meanwhile, in near infrared wave range the transmittance was 30%.
