摘要
以异香草醛为起始原料,经O-烷基化、氧化、氯化、酰化反应合成了磷酸二酯酶Ⅳ抑制剂吡拉米特,其结构经核磁共振氢谱、质谱、元素分析确认,总收率24.5%。
With isovanillin as the starting material, piclamilast , an inhibitor of phosphodiesterase Ⅳ , is synthesized via O - alkylation, oxidation, chlorization and acylation. The structure of the compound is confirmed by ^1H NMR, MS, elemental analysis. The total yield is 24.5 %.
