摘要
运用职称晋升这一杠杆,在职称晋升中加强业务能力考核,综合考核其专业基础理论,模拟急会诊、临床查房、回签专家提问、实际操作、病历评估等临床实际工作能力,作为职称评审的重要参考指标,打破了论资排辈,体现了唯才是举,促进了医疗质量的提高。
When title promotion is used as a lever to hold back such a deplorable trend,rigorous ex- aminations must be held on the professional capability and basic specialty theory of the candidates,each of whom is also checked on how he or she manages to face such clinical duties as the ability to act in a simulated emergency consultation,to make rounds to answer questions from specialists,to carry out practical work,and to evaluate medical records.All those abilities,not simply seniority,are to be made the bases for titile assessment and only in this way can the capable be promoted,the upgrade of medical quality promoted.
