摘要
行政区划具有政治和经济的双重职能。合理的行政区划是行政管理和经济发展的有力保证,而随着社会的进步和经济的发展,客观上要求行政区划进行必要的调整。本文围绕西部大开发这一历史机遇,结合贵州省的经济现状及发展思路,提出了新的地级行政区划方案。
Dividing executive districts has political and economic functions. To perfectly dividing is the assurance of executive management and economic development . So executive districts t/should be reformed to keep up with development in society and economy. On the background of the development of the West of China, this article gives a new view on dividing executive districts, which is based on the economic condition and its development.
