给员工提供可选择的员工福利计划在发达国家已变得很常见。员工被允许在雇主提供的货币限定数额内设计自己的一揽子福利。我们应借鉴发达国家的经验,在发展和完善中,构建自助性弹性员工福利计划体系。
It has become a very common phenomenon in developed countries that employers provide their employees with selective employee benefits plans, Employees are allowed to design their own package benefits within the certain amount of money provided by their employer. We should use the experience of these countries for reference, and set up our own self-service flexible employee benefits system and further develop it.
