高压静电场在菊花天然杂交种选育中的应用

摘要 利用高压静电场对11种菊花天然杂交种子进行了100、125、133.33、166.67、200、250kV的场强处理,研究高压静电场对小菊天然杂交种的辐射效应。结果发现,不同场强处理可以有效提高小菊杂交种子的发芽率和幼苗的定植成活率,但大多数小菊杂交种适宜的有效场强为166.67~200kV/m,不同品种有所差异。高压静电场可以有效刺激菊花天然杂交种后代花色性状的分离,加快新品系的选育进度。 An experiment was conducted to study the radiation effect of high-voltage electrostatic field on natural hybrid species of chrysanthemum ( Chrysanthemum morifolium) using different field intensities of high-voltage electrostatic field ( 100, 125,133.33,166.67,200 and 250 kV) to eradiate natural hybrid seeds of 11 cuhivars. Result showed that different field intensities can improve germination rate of hybrid seeds and seedling survival rate of chrysanthemum efficiently. For most of the hybrid seeds of chrysanthemum with small inflorescences, high-vohage electrostatic field with 166.67 ~ 200 kV/m has an optimal treatment effect, but it varies with different cultivars. High-vohage electrostatic field can stimulate the variations of flower color of natural hybrid species significantly and accelerate the breeding schedule of new cultivars.
