双吸泵内流场的三维数值模拟及流动分析 被引量:14

摘要 基于RANS方程、k-ε模型和Simple算法对双吸泵内部流动进行了数值模拟.根据模拟的计算结果,对双吸泵的内部流进行了分析,计算了双吸泵性能,并将性能预测的计算值与实验值进行了对比,表明在大流量情况下两者符合得较好,对进一步优化双吸泵的设计提供了一定的依据. Numerical simulation of internal flow within double-suction pump is carried out based on the Reynolds Average Navier-Stokes equation and κ-ε model with a simple algorithm. According to the simulation results, the internal flow and the calculated performance of double-suction pumps are analyzed. The calculated results of performance prediction of the pump are compared with experimental results, showing good agreement under large flow conditions. The flow field simulation provides a useful basis to optimize design of doublesuction pumps.
