摘要
采用浸渍法,以氧化铝为载体,工业小试生产1 m3无铬CO高温变换催化剂。在福建永安智胜合成氨厂变换工段考察了浸渍负载型无铬CO高温变换催化剂工业在线试验情况。结果表明,催化剂活性好,机械强度高,热稳定性能良好,能在低汽气比(约0.4)条件下运行,节能效果显著。具有良好的工业应用前景。
1 m^3 chrome-free carbon monoxide high-temperature shift (HTS) catalyst was produced by impregnation method usingγ-Al2O3 as the support. The HTS catalyst was tested in a commercial sidestream test apparatus Fujian Yong'an Zhisheng Ammonia Plant. The results showed that the catalyst exhibited high activity, high crushing strength and good thermal stability, appropriate for use under low steam/gas ratio (about 0.4) with remarkable energy savings.
