摘要
一人公司作为一种企业发展的有效模式,已经为世界上众多的国家所承认。而对一人公司在我国的设立,法学界一直存在着不同的观点,近期新《公司法》的出台更使这一争论变得激烈。本文针对一人公司的多个法律问题展开探讨,以期对引导和规范我国一人公司的良性发展有所裨益。
As an effective enterprise of development mode, one-man company has already been admitted by numerous countries in the world. This article launches the discussion to a lot of legal questions of one-man company. On this basis, the legislative suggestions of a person＇ s company of our country were put forward. These legislations are expected to be beneficial to the legislative norm of one-man company of our country.
