摘要
“三农”问题在现代化进程关键时期的凸显,引发了我们对中国现代化战略、城市化战略的反思和警醒。在科学发展观、和谐社会理念观照下走建设社会主义新农村的道路,是新的历史阶段从统筹城乡发展的高度解决“三农”问题的重大战略选择。重提“社会主义新农村”,不是简单的“旧瓶装新酒”,而是重在实实在在地增加“新酒”的份量和提高“新酒”的质量。本文试图通过学习领会胡锦涛关于建设社会主义新农村的讲话精神,以新的视角,从农民幸福感分析入手,提出建设社会主义新农村的基本目标是增进农民福祉,让农民享有中国特色的“等值不同质”的现代生活。
At the crucial stage of modernization drive, the issues about agriculture, rural areas and farmers, have been more and more significant, which remind us to reflect the modernization strategy and urbanization strategy in China. According to the scientific viewpoint of development and the concept of harmonious society, taking the road of building a new socialist countryside is the important strategy to solve the issues about agriculture, rural areas and farmers at the height of urban-rural overall planning at the new historical stage. The renewed a new socialist countryside is not only ＂new wine in old bottles＂, but really increasing the weight and quality in the ＂new wine＂. Through studying the latest speech of General Secretary Hu Jintao about the construction of a new socialist countryside, from the new angle of view, this paper analyzes the farmers＇ welfare conditions and puts forward the basic goal of building a new let Chinese farmers enjoy the modern life of the equivalent socialist countryside, so as to improve the farmers＇ welfare, and to homogeneity with Chinese characteristics.
