摘要
目的:加强对类赫氏反应的认识。方法:对肺结核患者化疗中出现类赫氏反应68例进行分析并对此反应作文献复习。结果:明确了肺结核患者化疗中可出现类赫氏反应,提高了对类赫氏反应的认识。结论:重视类赫氏反应对结核病临床诊断治疗具有指导意义。
Objective：To pay more attention to the Herxheimer reaction. Methods：The 68 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis with the Herxheimer reaction during the course of chemotherapy for tuberculosis was analysed and the relative knowledge was studied. Results ： The Herxheimer reaction can be seen in the pulmonary tuberculosis patients during the course of chemotherapy for tuberculosis and which is having been pay more attention. Conclusions： To pay more attention to the Herxheimer reaction is good to guide to diagnose and treat against tuberculosis.
