摘要
研究了7Cr14铸钢在淬、回火后的显微组织、硬度及其耐磨性。结果表明,7Cr14铸钢为亚共晶组织,淬火后显微组织为共晶体+马氏体+未溶二次碳化物。回火过程中具有很高的抗回火稳定性,在510℃以下回火后硬度在HRC60左右,并存在二次硬化现象,在1040℃淬火,510℃回火时具有最佳的耐磨损性能。
The microstructure, hardness and wear resistance of cast steel 7Cr14 after being quenched and tempered were studied. The microstructure analysis showed that the microstructure of 7Cr14 cast steel was hypoeutectic structure. The quenched structure was made up of eutectic, martensite and undissolved secondary carbide. The hardness test showed that the tempering stability of 7Cr14 cast steel is very high,and the secondary hardening could be obtained when it was tempered. The hardness can reach HRC60 when the tempered temperature is 510℃.It has the best wear resistance when it was quenched at 1040℃ and tempered at 510℃.
