摘要
LibQUAL+TM是一种基于用户的图书馆服务质量评价模型。该文应用此模型对广东省三所高校图书馆进行了问卷调查,在统计调查数据的基础上,对三所高校图书馆服务质量的状况进行了评价分析。
LibQUAL+^TM is a user-oriented model of library service quality evaluation. This article in troduces the questionnaire surveys based on the LibQUAL+^TM for the three academic libraries in Guangdong province. According to the statistics of the surveys, it makes analysis on the service quality of these libraries.
