摘要
目的:建立测定丽珠得乐中枸橼酸及其盐含量的光致变色法。方法:在pH1.8~2.2的酸性介质中,枸橼酸及其盐与Fe,+生成的黄色配合物在日光照射下发生光致变色反应生成紫色配合物,光照时间为20min,冷水浴中静置25min,检测波长为490nm.结果:枸橼酸检测的线性范围为0~200mg/L,2个加入量的平均回收率分别为95.68%和95.94%(RSD分别为0.46%和0.21%),样品测定的精密度良好(RSD=0.63%)。结论:该法简便、灵敏、准确、专属性高、干扰少。
Objeelive: rio establish a method of photochromism for the quantitative determination of citrate in Bismuth Potassium Citrate tablets. Methods: In acid medium of pH 1.8 ~ 2.2, the yellow ferric ( Ⅲ) citrate complex changed into purple via photochromic reation. The illumination time was 20 min. The standing time in cold bath was 25 min. The detection wavelength was 490 nm. Results: The linear range of citrate was 0~200 mg/L. The average recoveries of two acceding quantities was 95.68% and 95.94% respectively (RSDs were 0.46% and 0.21% respectively). The precision of sample determination was good (RSD was 0.63 % ). Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive, accurate, highly-specific and less interferential.
