摘要
探讨应用Nd:YAG激光治疗顽固性慢性鼻前庭炎。方法:采用Nd:YAG激光鼻前庭照射、凝固,治疗顽固性慢性鼻前庭炎,随访2-9年。结果:31例病人中,5例失访;11例反复发作者中仅有一例2年后复发,再次Nd-YAG激光治疗。治疗随访的26例病人,至今病变无再复发。结论:Nd-YAG激光治疗顽固性慢性鼻前庭炎是非常有效的方法。
objective：To investigate the therapeutic effects of chronic vestibulitis of nose with Nd： YAG laser. Methods： The vestibule of nose was irradiated and the anabrotic tissue in vestibule of nos was cogulated with Nd： YAG laser. Following - up 2 - 9 years.Results： 26 cases were followed up 2 - 9 years , the only one of them recurrenced after two years and was treated with Nd： YAG laser. All of 26 cases were cured and no recurrence. Conclusions： It is an effective method of treatment that obstinate chronic vestibulitis of nose were treated with Nd： YAG laser.
