摘要
横山大桥主桥为52 m+80 m+52 m预应力混凝土连续箱梁,通车8年后发现梁体大量裂缝,且病害还在不断发展,结构承载力逐渐下降,严重影响了行车安全。经采取增加加劲钢架并同时采取裂缝灌浆处理、粘贴钢板加固补强、粘贴碳纤维布等技术措施后,桥梁整体受力性能得到明显改善。
The main bridge of Hengshan Bridge adopts 52 m + 80 m + 52 m pre - stress concrete box girder, after put into operation for 8 years, there found large number of fractures on girder body, and the fracture is developing, the structural bearing force is gradually deteriorated, which has greatly influenced driving safety. After taking technical measures such as reinforcement steel structure, fracture grouting treatment, steel plate binding reinforcement and carbon fiber cloth binding, etc., the integral bearing perfonrmance of bridge is obviously meliorated.
