贝那普利 美托洛尔治疗充血性心力衰竭 被引量：2

摘要 目的评价贝那普利和美托洛尔联用治疗充血性心力衰竭的疗效。方法贝那普利和美托洛尔联用治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭30例作为治疗组,单用贝那普利治疗者20例为对照组。以超声心动图比较治疗前及治疗4周后,左室收缩和舒张末期容量(ESV和EDV)及左室射血分数(LVEF)。结果两组治疗前后的LVFE均明显升高,且治疗组LVEF、EDV明显优于对照组。结论贝那普利和美托洛尔联用治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭安全有效。
