摘要
本文研究了稀土变质处理对高铬铸铁轧辊的碳化物的形态、分布和基体晶粒度的影响,认为稀土元素在适量的范围内,可提高这种轧辊的冲击韧性、抗压强度、抗剥落性能。使用结果表明,稀土具有改善高合金铸铁轧辊高温抗拉强度、抗压强度,提高其抗氧化性能和抗热疲劳性能的作用,经变质处理后的轧辊毫米轧制量提高了约18%,从而明显地延长轧辊的使用寿命。
This article studies the effects of rare-earth modification on carbides pattern, distribution, matrix graininess of high Cr east iron roller. Addition of rare earth helps .improve the rollers tensile strength,compression strength,antioxidation property,and heat fatigue resistance. Such modification is expected to increase roller's rolling capacity/mm for about 18%, thereby significantly prolonging its service life.
