Progress on the Key Enzymes and Related Genes of Natural Rubber Biosynthesis Pathway from Hevea brasiliensis

摘要 简要介绍了天然橡胶类异戊二烯的生物合成途径,重点阐述了巴西橡胶树天然橡胶生物合成中关键酶及相关基因的研究进展,提出了巴西橡胶树类异戊二烯生物合成途径中尚待继续探讨的几个问题。 The isoprenoid biosynthesis pathway of natural rubber was briefly introducéd. The progress of key enzymes and related genes of natural rubber biosynthesis pathway from Hevea brasiliensis (Willdenow ex A. Jussieu) Mueller-Argoviensis was emphatically elucidated, and some questions for further study about isoprenoid biosynthesis pathway were proposed.
