两种高能球磨机制备Fe-Si合金磁粉的对比 被引量:2

Comparative study on preparation of Fe-6.5% Si alloy magnetic powder by two different high energy ball mills

摘要 分别采用行星球磨机和振动球磨机制备了Fe-6.5%Si合金磁粉。讨论了球磨时间、球料比、干、湿磨等因素对颗粒细化的影响。结果表明:颗粒尺寸随球磨时间的增加而减小,湿磨可缩短球磨时间、提高球磨效率;同等条件下,振动机的球磨效率大于行星球磨机的球磨效率。 Two different types of Fe-6.5% Si alloy magnetic powders are prepared with a planetary ball mill and a vibrating ball mill separately. The effects of milling conditions such as milling time, ball/powder weight ratio, dry milling and wet milling etc. on the refinement rate of the magnetic powder are discussed. Results show that the grain size decreases with increase of the milling time. The milling time can be shortened and milling efficiency be raised by adoption of the wet milling ball. Under the similar conditions the efficiency of the vibrating milling is higher than that of the planetary mill.
