行波型超声波电机定子的对比实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 根据定性分析超声波电机设计所涉及的材料、结构和尺寸等问题,设计了不同结构参数的定子。利用有限元法建立了带齿的行波型超声波电机定子的模型,并进行定子的振动模态分析和共振频率的计算。通过实验测试超声波电机的输出特性,分析了不同结构参数的定子对超声波电机输出特性的影响。最后,通过分析结果和实验结果的比较,对超声波电机弹性体厚度与压电陶瓷厚度的比值范围提出了一定看法。 The stator of travelling wave ultrasonic motor (TRUSM) and its experiments are studied in this paper. Considering the problems about the materials, structures, dimensions of TRUSM, and stators with different structure parameters are designed. Using finite element method (FEM), the toothed stator mode of TRUSM is built. The response vibration mode of stator and its resonance frequency are also measured. The experiments of testing the performances of TRUSM are carried out. According to the results, the stators with different structure parameters are discussed on how to affect the output characteristics of TRUSM. As a result, some valuable conclusions are obtained from the comparison of analysis and experiments, which offer guide for the further study on the TRUSM.
