摘要
采用细胞学方法对小叶锦鸡儿减数分裂进行了观察,结果表明:①小叶锦鸡儿减数分裂进程有一定的规律,与花蕾大小、花萼形态、花药色泽有密切关系。②所试材料减数分裂染色体行为表现正常,细胞质是同时型分裂。③小叶锦鸡儿减数分裂进程上存在差异,同一植株的不同花蕾花粉母细胞减数分裂时期表现不同步性,同一花蕾的不同花药表现一定的同步性。
The meiosis of caragana mother cell were studied by the method of cell genetics. The results suggested： ① Certain regularity existed in the stages of meiosis of Caragana pollen mother cell and the stages were closely correlated with the bud size, calyces form and the variation of anther color. ②The protess in meiosis of pollen mother cell in Caragana microphylla Lam might be basically normal, cytoplasm divide simultaneity. ③The difference in stages of meiosis existed among the different bud of Caragana microphylla Lam. The same in stages of meiosis existed among the same bud.
