摘要
学术论文除了自身带给社会变化的价值,还有一个更重要的价值就是它的传播价值。高校教师自己写论文的过程就可以归结到科研活动中,他们使论文的传播性加强的过程就可以归结到教学活动中。高校在管理上要克服重科研轻教学的倾向,在对教师进行考察时,要综合考察教师的科研成果和教学水平,引导教师把精力放在两者的结合上。
Academic papers should not only bring value to the society, but we also focus on their communication value. College teachers should apply their academic activities to the process of paper writing, and in turn, their research can reinforce teaching activities. Colleges should avoid the inclination of overemphasizing research and weighting less on teaching. Teachers should be evaluated in both researching and teaching so as to balance teachers＇ efforts on these two aspects.
