摘要
针对人们对光学计量仪器数字化改造的要求,设计了以DSP为核心处理器的便携式万工显自动读数系统。该系统采用面阵CCD作为图像采集设备,使用CPLD进行图像数据的缓冲和采集控制逻辑,选择了TI公司的TMS320VC5410A作为核心器件对图像数据进行处理,通过串行接口实现各个模块之间的通讯。该系统可以在不改变万工显原有结构的情况下快速稳定的自动读数,硬件平台具有较强的通用性,在光学仪器自动读数领域有较好的应用前景。
This paper presents a design for a portable auto-reading system of UTM (universal tools microscope), which fulfills the demands of ameliorating traditional optical metrological instruments. With DSP as the core processor, this system adopts a CCD camera as the image acquisition apparatus and CPLD as the control and cushion for data collecting. The product of TI corporation TM S320VC5410A is acted as the core component for image processing, and the serial interfaces are employed for the communication between various models. This system could automatically read out the results of UTM rapidly and stably without modifying its original structure. With the general platform of hardware, this system has wide application in auto-reading realm of optical metrological instruments.
