摘要
近几年,我国高职院校培养了许多具有一定技术专长的人才,他们在成为社会劳动者后,其权益经常受到不同形式、不同程度的侵害。这种情况的存在,严重影响了高职毕业生就业的质量和社会主义和谐劳动关系的构建。文章通过对高职毕业生就业后劳动者权益遭到侵害的原因分析,提出了构建和谐劳动关系的对策。
In recent years we have trained many professional talents in higher vocational colleges. After they become socialism laborers, their rights are usually violated by various forms and to different degrees. The phenomenon affected the quality of employment of graduates of higher vocational colleges and the construction of the harmonious socialism labor relation seriously.
