摘要
研究了壳聚糖的过氧化氢氧化降解工艺,分析了反应时间、反应温度、氧化剂用量等工艺参数对降解产物特性的影响.制备了水溶性壳聚糖产品,并用粘度法测定其分子质量,利用红外光谱研究了降解产物分子结构的变化.最后选用合适的整理工艺和添加剂,将降解产物应用于织物整理,并评价了降解壳聚糖对棉织物抗皱整理的效果.
The oxidative degradation technology of chitosans with H2O2 was studied. The effect of conditions on the properties of the products was studied, e.g., the reaction time, temperature, the amount of oxidation agent, etc. A water-soluble chitosan product with low mw was prepared, and the mw was detd by viscosity method, The tool structure was determined with IR. The degraded chitosan was used in fabric finish together with suitable additives and finishing process. The effect of the degraded chitosan on the wrinkle-resistant property of cotton fabrics was also evaluated.
