摘要
以胶原和壳聚糖为原料,按不同比例共混后制备复合医用纤维材料共混纺丝液。在一定条件下,将共混纺丝液干燥成膜,利用FT-IR、DSC、透光率、动物试验等对其性能进行表征,通过对不同共混物的物理相容性、相互作用以及生物相容性等的比较研究,找到了最佳的共混体系和此体系的最佳配比为胶原∶壳聚糖=20∶80。
Collagen and chitosan were mixed in various ratios to made collagen - chitosan blended spinning solutions. The above ,solutions were dried into membranes under certain conditions. And FT- IR, DSC, transparent rate and animal experiment etc. were employed here to test the properties of the membranes. By contrasting these dry membranes in physical compatibility,inter- reaction and biologic compatibility, we discovered the optimal system whose proportion is collagen: chitosan = 20:80.
