随着人们对健康的要求,天然防腐剂以其独特的优点已经受到了人们的关注。天然防腐剂分为三大类,分别为:植物性天然防腐剂、动物性天然防腐剂、微生物性天然防腐剂。本文章主要介绍了动物性天然防腐剂的抗菌机理以及在食品及其它方面的应用以及天然防腐剂的发展趋势,从而使人们可以更进一步了解动物性天然防腐剂,并指导人们合理地应用这类天然防腐剂。
With the request of people for health, people have paid attention to them because of natural preservatives characteristic.Natural preservatives are from three kind:plant, animals, microorganism.
