摘要
分析了活性艳蓝KN-R在传统染色工艺中产生色差的原因,对比试验表明,在染色时加入适量尿素、在固色时减少纯碱用量,加入一定量的代用碱等,可以减少色花的产生,并给出了一套新的染色工艺条件。
The color difference caused by conventional dyeing with reactive brilliant blue KN-R dye was analyzed and new dyeing conditions was pointed out. Based on comparison, the color difference defects can be improved through adding suitable urea in dyeing bath, less dosage of soda in fixation and adding certain substituted alkali agent etc.
