摘要
介绍了一套自行研制的面向虚拟雕刻设计的五轴加工设备。论述了设备机械结构的设计方法、数控装置的开发思想和功能,以及与虚拟雕刻设计平台的接口。试验显示该设备能与虚拟雕刻设计平台结合实现产品外形的五自由度立体雕刻。
A five - axis rapid manufacturing device that can support virtual sculpturing design system was developed. Its mechanical structure design, NC system design, and interface design with software system were explained. Product design and rapid manufacturing experiments demonstrated the feasibility of this device.
