摘要
对新时期部队医院如何进行体系部队医疗保障方式的改变,适应部队的作训特点,解决边远地区部队医疗保障问题,发挥部队现有卫生资源的作用、提高部队卫生队的本级保障能力进行了探讨。介绍了依托基层单位卫生机构建立医院的接诊中心,分别负责地域内不同建制团营单位的做法。这种模式方便了官兵就医,有效减少了后送,对提高部队积极性、培养自我保障力起到了积极作用,使医护人员与部队加深感情、转变了服务意识,并且提高了医院效率,促进了分级救治的推行。
The article discusses some questions such as how to change medical guarantee model of systematic troops to adapt to the characteristics of drill and to solve the problems of jumping - off, how to make use of medical resources to improve support ability. Also it proposes the model of establishing hospital - receive center of systematic troops to response to different organizational systematic troops. This model will be convenient to the soldiers to see the doctor, reduce the evacuations, enhance sensations between medical staff and soldiers, improve hospital effectiveness and promot the work of medical treatment in echelons.
