摘要
目的:观察抗血栓药材醇提物的活血化瘀作用。方法:采用小鼠脑偏瘫、血小板聚集、毛细玻璃管法、高脂血症模型、急性血瘀证模型等试验方法,测定药物对小鼠脑血栓的保护率,血小板聚集的电阻率、凝血时间、血脂水平及对血液粘度的影响。结果:苦丁茶、山绿茶、绞股蓝、田七叶等对小鼠脑血栓模型有一定保护作用;苦丁茶、绞股蓝、田七叶等对血小板聚集有一定抑制作用;两面针、肉桂皮、绞股蓝、田七叶等具有抗凝作用;两面针、山绿茶、肉桂皮、山楂叶、绞股蓝、田七叶等具有降低血脂作用;两面针、山绿茶、山楂叶、绞股蓝等可改善急性“血瘀证”大鼠血液流变学指标。结论:本试验初筛结果为开发利用抗血栓药材提供了科学依据。
Objective : to observe the effect of promoting blood flow to expel the blood stasis of antithrombotic medical material. Method: To adopt cerebral thrombosis of rat, platelet aggregation, glass capillary, the model of hyperlipemia, the model of acute stagnation of blood, and other experimental methods; To examine the protective rate of brain hemiparalysis of rat, resistivity of platelet aggregation, clotting time, blood fat level and the effect on blood viscosity. Result: these drugs, such as broadleaf holly leaf, Hainan holly leaf, gold theragran, radix notoginseng, et al, all had a certain protective effect on the model of cerebral thrombosis of rat; broadleaf holly leaf, gold theragran, radix notoginseng, et al, there were a certain depressant effect on platelet aggregation; Zanthoxylum nitidum DC, cassia, gold theragran, radix notaginseng, et al, there were the effect of anticoagulation; Zanthoxylum nitidum DC, hainan holly leaf, cassia, Chinese hawthorn leaf, gold theragran, radix notoginseng, et al; they could cut down the blood fat; Zanthoxylum nitidum DC, hainan holly leaf, Chinese hawthorn leaf, gold theragran, et al, these drugs could improve targets of haemorheology. Conclusion: the result of prdiminary screening supplied scientific basis for developing and utilizing antithrombotic medical material.
