摘要
企业是社会的基本单位,它不仅创造物质财富,同时创造精神价值。企业形象的塑造是由理念、行为、视觉三个方面达成的,而这正是企业求真、向善、臻美三个过程的完美统一。伴随着企业由一元定位向二元定位的转向,企业形象策划战略的意义逐渐凸现,可以说,企业形象策划战略既是时代发展的必然趋势,也是企业实施人本化管理的前提条件。
The enterprise is a basic unit of society,which not anly create material wealth,but also spiritual value. Corporate identity is moulded by mind,behaviour and vision,which is exactly the unity of courses for a enterprise to seek the true,the good and the beautiful. With enterprise's position transforming,strategy of corporate identity demonstrates increasingly its significance. The strategy of corporate identity is a inexorable trend of development of the times,at the same time ,it is the premise for enterprise's implement of humanized management.
