摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳和等位酶分析方法,测定了小慈姑4个自然居群的克隆多样性,结果表明小慈姑克隆多样性水平较高。在种群水平上的克隆大小(Ne)为1.670 3,基因型比率(PD)为0.598 7,克隆的基因型多样性Simpson指数(D)为0.990 1,克隆的基因型分布均匀性Fager指数(E)为0.781 1。不同居群之间在多态性位点的数目、分布以及等位基因的表现上具有较大的差异,并且居群间的遗传分化与地理因素有关。
Sagittaria potamogetifolia Merr. is a vulnerable species of aquatic plant with limited distribution in the Southern China. Clonal diversity and population differentiation of four populations (sampled from Hunan, Jiangxi and Fujian)were analyzed with allozyme. Nine enzymes encoded by eighteen loci were assessed. Clonal diversity within populations was relatively high. The clonal diversity indexes were number of samples N= 152, number of genotype G= 91, average number of clones Ne= 1. 670 3, proportion distinguishable PD=0. 598 7, cloned diversity of genotype Simpson's index D=0. 990 1, distributional uniformity of genotype Fager's index E = 0. 781 1, respectively. There were largest difference on number, distribution of polymorphic loci and allelic exhibition among populations of the species. Cluster analysis based on Nei's genetic distances indicated that the genetic differentiation among populations were related with the geographical (latitudinal) distances.
