摘要 在动物科学专业本科生“动物遗传学”课程中,开设综合性实验,通过对实验设计的基本思路、教学方式、教学效果反馈信息、问题及对策等方面进行综合讨论和分析。实施效果表明,这种实验课教学模式得到了学生的普遍认同,认为通过综合性实验扩大了知识面,对遗传学知识有了直观的感性认识,巩固了理论课学习的基本知识,提高了综合实验技能和动手能力,为学生今后从事相应的专业研究奠定基础。 Abstract: The teaching of experiment is an important role for training students. It is much valuable ontraining students'practical ability through integrative experiment in basic specialty courses. For the specialty of animal science, an integrative experiment in the course of animal genetics was carried out. Thedesign principle, teaching model, students feedback, teaching effect, questions and responses etc. werereported in this paper. The results suggested that most students recognized the new teaching model andimpressed knowledge on animal genetics. The experiment skill of students had been much improved, andit was a valuable exercise for further study and research of the students. The basic goal of the integrativeexperiment was achieved, and it was a successful example for the new teaching model and could be usedin other specialty courses.
