纳米有机蛭石/天然橡胶复合材料的制备及性能 被引量:19

Preparation and properties of natural rubber/organic vermiculite nanocomposites

摘要 以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为插层剂,用球磨法对蛭石进行了快速有机插层,用过熔融共混法制备出纳米有机蛭石/天然橡胶复合材料。用XRD、SEM、TEM对其微观结构进行了表征与分析,证明蛭石以纳米片层分散在天然橡胶基体中。力学性能测试表明:复合材料拉伸强度、扯断伸长率、300%定伸强度、邵氏A硬度、撕裂强度得到明显的改善。DMA、DSC测试表明:复合材料的模量具有明显的提高,而玻璃化转变温度无明显变化。可见有机插层蛭石对天然橡胶的综合性能具有较明显的改善作用。 The vermiculite was intercalated quickly with hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide through milling. The natural rubber and the organic vermiculite nanocomposites were prepared, after mixing in a HAKKE mixer. The microstructures and properties of nanocomposities were characterized by means of XRD, SEM, DMA and DSC. The silicate layer was exfoliated in the NR matrix after curing of the nanocomposites. The mechanical tests show the performances of nanocomposites, such as tensile strength, elongation at break, stress at 300% elongation, tear strength and hardness (Shore A) are improved prominently. The nanocomposite with 15wt% organic vermiculite has higher modulus, and its glass-transition temperature is unchanged.
