摘要
目的探讨输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管上段结石的疗效。方法回顾性分析经输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管上段结石82例的临床资料。结果70侧原位碎石成功,成功率85.4%,平均碎石时间(10.4±4.5)m in,术后1个月结石排净率100%。结论气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管上段结石具有安全、有效、容易操作、术后住院日短、康复快等特点,是治疗输尿管上段结石的理想方法之一。
Objective To study the effectiveness of ureteralscopic lithtripsy for the treatment of stones in the upper ureter. Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 82 cases of upper ureteral calculi treated with ballistic lithoclast through ureteralscopy. Results 70 cases got success in orthotopie lithotriptics, the success rate of upper segment calculi in ureter being 85.4 %. Mean lithotriptie time was （ 10.4 ± 4.5） min, and 100 % stone was excreted 1 months after operation. Conclusion Ballistic lithoclast is safe, effective and manipulated with ease in treatment of upper ureteral calculi. It reduces the length of hospitalization and fastens the recovery time after operation. The method should be a choice of treatment for the upper ureteral calculi.
