摘要
本文应用旋毛虫幼虫可溶性抗原进行ＥＬＩＳＡ检测１２２份旋毛虫病人血清，抗体阳性率为８３．６１％。发病后第１周抗体阳性率只有６１．１１％，第２周则升至８０．９５％，至第４、５周时已分别达９２．３１％和１００％，平均ＯＤ值亦有明显升高。囊虫病人和健康人血清均为阴性反应。丝虫、华支睾吸虫及并殖吸虫病人的假阳性反应率分别为５．２６％、２．７％及２３．５３％。旋毛虫病人治疗后１周的抗体阳性率及平均ＯＤ值均比治疗前明显升高（Ｐ＜０．０５，Ｐ＜０．０１），此现象可视为是一个治疗有效的客观指标，可用于本病的近期疗效考核。从治疗后４周抗体水平开始下降，至治疗后８周抗体阳性率及平均ＯＤ值均比治疗后２周显著下降（Ｐ＜０．０５，Ｐ＜０．０１），提示ＥＬＩＳＡ对本病的远期疗效考核也有一定价值。
ELISA using trichina larval soluble antigen was employed in the detection of216 sera collected from patients with trichinosis with antibody positive rate of 83.61%. Theantibody positive was only 61.11%on the lst week after onset,had increased to 80.59%onthe 2nd week after onset,increased to 92.31%and 100%respectively on the 4th and 5thweek. Mean OD value was also elevated obviously. All sera from patients with cvsticercosisand healthy controls were negative reaction. The false positive rate of patients with filariasis,clonorchiasis sinensis and paragonimiasis were 5.26%,2.7%and 23.53%respectively. Theantibody positive rate and mean OD value of the patients with trichinosis of one week aftertherapy were obviously higher than that of before therapy (P<0.05,P<0.01).Thephenomena could be considered as a objective citerion of effective treatment and used tocheck up the short-term therapeutic effect of trichinosos. The antibody levels began fall since4weeks after therapy,the antibody positive rate and mean OD value of 8 weeks after therapywere much lower than that of 2 weeks after therapy (P<0.05,P<0.01).It is suggested thatELISA is of certain value for checking up long-term therapeutic effect of trichinosis.
