摘要
红三叶Trifolium pratense和紫花苜蓿Medicago sativa是蛋白质含量高的优质豆科牧草,但是研究发现紫花苜蓿在青贮过程中其蛋白质的降解率要高于红三叶,造成苜蓿蛋白质利用率降低,形成浪费和污染。红三叶蛋白质降解率低的机理已阐明,并已开始用于指导苜蓿生产实践。
Red clover and alfalfa are two forage legumes containing high level of crude protein. Our studies revealed that crude protein degradation in alfalfa was higher than red clover in the process ofsilage, resulting in low crude protein use efficiency, nitrogen waste and environmental pollution. Themechanism of red clover had low degradation was clarified and used to direct alfalfa production.
