金属β-内酰胺酶的研究进展 被引量:16

摘要 近年来随着碳青霉烯类药物在临床的广泛使用,其耐药率逐年上升,在越来越多的耐药细菌中发现了金属酶,而金属酶对几乎所有的β-内酰胺类抗生素耐药。本文就金属酶的流行病学、种类、检测及意义等方面研究作一综述。
