摘要
在金属构件超声波探伤过程中,有很多因素会影响到检测的效果,如耦合剂、试件的材料及表面情况、探头的频率和类型等.针对金属试件进行实验,在不同耦合剂和探头频率条件下,通过对超声波回波峰值衰减情况及对两影响因素的显著性分析,提出了在纵波检测情况下,不同金属构件超声波检测的耦合剂和探头频率的最优组合,对实际探伤过程具有一定的指导意义.
In the processing of the ultrasonic inspection, there are many factors influencing the result. Such as the couplant, the material and its surface condition,the frequency and the type of the acoustic transducer. By analyzing the echo peak value and the prominence of the experiments under different couplants and frequencies of the transducer, the best choice of combination of couplant and transducer is proposed according to different metals, It has strongly practicality value to guide the practice.
