摘要
国家重点实验室是政府投资主建、择优支持的从事基础研究和应用基础研究的重要基地.但依托单位是实施实验室建设和运行管理的具体负责单位,实验室与依托单位和谐融洽的关系是国家重点实验室取得成功的重要保证.
SKL are mainly invested by government and engaged in basic research, but their support organizations are the responsible units for their building and running. So good inter-active relationship between SKL and their support organizations is important guarantee for success of SKL.
