基于改进BP网络的磨削加工数值仿真研究 被引量:2

摘要 由于磨削加工过程非常复杂,为了避免从机理上研究磨削淬火加工技术,作者将BP网络的仿真方法引入到磨削加工的研究中来,并编制了一套磨削加工仿真程序。通过实验采集了BP网络训练所需的数据,数据验证表明,仿真结果与实验数据比较一致。 Grinding is a complicated process, to avoid researching the complicated grinding hardening process in mechanism, we investigated grinding process using BP arithmetic and developed a simulation software using improved BP arithmetic. The train data of BP networks is obtained. After contrasting the simulation data with the experimental data, the results show that the simulation data obtained from improved BP arithmetic is in accordance with experimental results.
