发展物流业对于地方政府优化经济结构、改善投资环境和提高地区经济整体竞争力具有重要的战略意义。制定区域物流规划,需要正确认识并处理好:区域物流与区域经济间的关系;物流系统内容的层次性关系;区域物流主体、客体和载体间的关系;区域物流与企业物流间的关系;物流规划中整体和局部利益间的关系;物流规划中经济区域与行政区域间的关系;物流规划中物流结点与线路间的关系。
Development of logistics has an important strategic meaning for regional government to optimize economic structure, improve investment environment and enhance the overall competitive strength of regional economy, When establish regional logistics plan, following issues shall be well understood and managed： relationship between regional logistic and economy; multi-level relationship among contents of logistics system; relationship among main body, object and carrier of regional logistics; relationship between regional logistics and enterprise logistics; relationship between overall benefits and partial benefits in logistics plan; relationship between economic area and administrative area in logistics plan; and relationship between logistics joint and lines in logistics plan.
