摘要
本文从技术法规和标准的数量、范围、内容等角度分析了美国食品安全技术法规和标准体系的现状,在此基础上总结了美国食品安全标准和技术法规的特点、先进的经验和做法,为我国食品安全标准体系建设提供了参考。
Based on the analysis on American food safety standards and technical regulation from different angles such as quantity, scope and content, this article summarizes the specialty and advanced experience in America, which provides references for the construction of Chinese food safety standards system.
