摘要
本文探讨了高等教育收费的依据、标准和方法.论述了收费政策的公平性和现行收费政策存在的问题.在此基础上,提出了相应的政策建议.
This article illustrates the equitableness of charging in higher education from such aspects as regulations, standards and methods, and discusses the equitableness and problems of the current policies of charging. On this basis revised policies are proposed.
