摘要
新世纪以来,作为首届国家人居环境奖获得者之一的军垦名城石河子市受到世人的瞩目和投资者的青睐,本文采用石河子市14年的时间序列数据,在建立了石河子市可持续发展评价指标体系的基础上,运用主成分分析方法计算、分析了石河子市1990年到2003年间的可持续发展状况。结果表明,石河子市的可持续发展能力在不断增强,各子系统协调性也在不断改善,目前石河子市已基本走向可持续协调发展的轨道。
Since the 21st century,as one of the winners of the first China Human Settlements and Environment Award, Shihezi has attracted attention and become the focus of investors and the public. On the basis of setting up sustainable developmental index system in Shihesi, using the time array data of 14 years, this paper adopts the principal component analysis to calculate the sustainable developmental state from 1990 to 2003 of Shihezi. The result indicates that the sustainable developmental ability of Shihezi is being strengthened constantly, from non-sustainable to sustainable. At present the city has already moved basically towards the track of sustainable harmony.
