摘要
借助于精确的水管冷却算法,深入分析了周公宅高拱坝水管一期冷却期间可能出现的“管壁裂缝”和“水平缝”的开裂机理,认为不同季节水管通水方案(包括冷却水温、水管开始通水时间以及通水工作时间)选择不当是导致“管壁裂缝”和“水平缝”出现的主要原因。针对这一开裂机理,对比分析了高温和低温季节时预防此类裂缝的不同通水方法,最后得出水管冷却时宜采用变温冷却方案;同时,还给出了任意水管布置形式及通水方案所需通水时间的确定方法。
With the help of a strict numerical algorithm of pipe cooling, the mechanisms of "wall crack"and"level crack" have been studied deeply, the unreasonable cooling method including water temperature ,the beginning time and the work time in different seasons are considered as the mainly reasons induced to the aforementioned crack. For the mechanism of this kind of crack, comparison analysis has been put on the different cooling scheme used for protecting this kind of crack in high temperature and low temperature seasons. At last, varied temperature scheme was suggested; at the same time, the required time for the random disposition and the scheduled method of pipe cooling was presented.
